About the Position
You'll be the Operations Lead for a small, cross-functional team—organizing resources, running team rhythms, coordinating partners and counsel, and turning ambiguity into repeatable, scalable processes that keep the company moving. This role is built for someone who wants to grow with the company over years: you'll quickly become a trusted face of Ollo that partners, investors, and teammates rely on.
About You
- Fixer — You get things done, solving problems by navigating complexity, negotiating, and taking the discreet actions necessary to move things forward
- Comfortable under pressure — You are quick on your feet, even during intense situations
- Excellent communicator — You bridge information across teams and turn complex guidance into clear, actionable next steps
- Tool fluent — Google Workspace or equivalent; experience with PM tools is plus
- High agency — You spot blockers, prioritize, and resolve them without constant direction
