Ollo Finance ("Ollo" or the "Company") is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for its users. "Service" refers to the Company's platform and related applications accessed via the Site, in which users can trade, manage, and analyze exposure to globally recognized foreign currencies through tokenized instruments, and interact with features such as templates, a sharable notebook, and chat functionality.

The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to the Company.

"You" refers to you, as a user of our Site or our Service.

I. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect "Non-Personal Information" and "Personal Information."

Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences submitted, and aggregate analytics data.

Personal Information includes information such as your name, email address, payment information (processed securely via Stripe), KYC-related data (if applicable), and IP address, which you submit to us through the registration process or during use of the Site.

Information Collected via Technology

To activate the Service, you do not need to submit any Personal Information other than your email address. To use the Service thereafter, you may need to provide further Personal Information, including your name, payment information, and KYC verification details as required by law or our financial service partners.

We track information provided to us by your browser or software application when you use the Service — such as the referring URL, browser type, device, time and date of access, and related non-personal data. We collect this information using cookies (small text files that include an anonymous unique identifier). Cookies enable us to collect Non-Personal Information and record user preferences.

Ollo Finance uses cookies to collect and retain information such as:

In addition to automatically collected data, users create a personal profile when registering via email, passkey, or EVM-based blockchain wallet (Externally Owned Account). Registration requires a valid email address and, in some cases, KYC verification or payment credentials. By registering, you authorize us to collect, store, and use this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

The Site and Service are not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under 13, or allow such individuals to register. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it promptly. II. HOW WE USE AND SHARE INFORMATION

Personal Information
